Method Detail

setAccelerator

void setAccelerator(Accelerator accelerator)

Sets the key combination which should invoke the menu items actions listener. The key binding will only be done automatically if the item is a child of a menu or submenu that is contained in a menu bar of an active window. Hence for actions in popup menus there is no key binding. This must be done therefore by adding the same action to a main menu or by using a key listener.

Parameters:

accelerator - The accelerator to set, may be null
